Fitness is one of my passions, I’ve been very active all my life; dancing (obviously), netball, basketball, tennis, gymnastics. ..you name it, I’ve probably had a go. I’ve also got a Degree in Dance and Physical Performance so I know quite a bit about the body but still enjoy reading about new research and methods.
I’m a Gym enthusiast and I absolutely love Yoga.
